Renovation of an educational facility in Windber, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
For the following: Elementary School Replacement Entrances and Concrete Restoration Windber Area Elementary School 421 Sugar Maple Drive Windber, PA 15963 Contract will consist of a single prime, General Construction Contract. Project is to be substantially complete and ready for occupancy according to the Project Schedule outlined within the Bid Documents. No questions will receive a response if they are submitted later than three (3) days prior to the bid date. Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid must accompany the Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Windber Area School District reserves the right to waive irregularities in the bidding and to reject any and all bids. The Windber Area School District will be the sole judge in the decision as to which bid is most applicable and most acceptable.
