Renovation of a mixed-use development in Tunkhannock, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Tunkhannock Area School District will receive sealed bids for the following individual Projects in the form of SINGLE prime lump sum contracts. Checks shall be made payable to "D'Huy Engineering, Inc." Documents will be sent electronically after receipt of payment. Bidders must supply the following information with their request for documents: Which Project you are bidding, company name, contact person, complete address, phone and fax numbers, and email address. This Project is subject to the Federal Davis-Bacon Act, Approved March 3, 1931, 40 U.S.C. 3141-3148, as amended and supplemented, and reference is made to the wage rates applicable to this Project. Bids shall conform to all requirements as more fully set forth in the Contract Documents, including, interalia, compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
