Connection of Courthouse furnace to the UGI Gas Main The successful bidder is required to comply with the Contract Compliance Regulations of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, 16 PA Code Chapter 49 and with all Feberal, State, and local regulations prohibiting discrimination in hiring and employment. Award of these contracts, if they are awarded, will be to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder(s), but the Wyoming County Commissioners reserve the unqualified right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities.
