The work will consist of improvements to the Wakulla Sands Maintenance Building which will include renovation of the existing pre-manufactured steel building and the 430 square feet of new interior conditioned space, ADA compliant toilet room with shower and break area in accordance with Appendix "C", Technical Specifications. The improvements will consist of: o New electrical and electrical lighting. o New Mechanical and plumbing. o Complete removal of all interior walls. o Complete removal of water closets, lavatories and any other toilet room accessories. Cut concrete floor as needed for proposed toilet, lavatory and shower plumbing. Refer to proposed new work for shower floor access. o Complete removal of stairs, railings and upper level area. Completely removing associated ceiling framing members. o Complete removal of damaged exterior metal panels; infill to match surrounding conditions. Completely replace and refinish to a like new condition prior to beginning new work. o Complete removal of exterior covered storage room. Leave slab below intact.
