Site work for a mixed-use development in Chard, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and road / highway.

The Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo with its head offices in Fort McMurray, Alberta, invites proposals from qualified and experienced proponents for the design and construction of asphalt and fencing improvements at a skate park located in Janvier, a community located in the rural area of the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo. This project will repair and upgrade the existing asphalt surfacing and provide new chain-link fencing. This site was previously an outdoor skating rink and requires repairs and replacement of the existing asphalt to ensure a safe and usable space for the users. Much of the existing asphalt structure is in good condition and can remain as the base. The entrance and trail are showing fatigue cracking and will require removal and replacement. This project will be awarded as a fixed-price contract, including all expenses (related to design, drawings, specifications, travel, report preparation, construction, warranty, etc.) The total approved budget for this project is $630,000.00 for all costs incurred during this project.
