Site work for a water / sewer project in Villa Rica, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The City of Villa Rica is seeking a well-qualified company to furnish and install one cantilevered, automatic gate with motor, controls, and signaling devices. This gate shall have barb wire material atop. There shall be sensor wire on the interior of the gate to alert the controller that a vehicle is exiting. The current gate is manually opened, closed, and operated. The track system is malfunctioning. There is 6 foot, chain link fencing on either side of this gate. Fencing repairs will be necessary. The electrical and power supply for the motor/system will be installed and available prior to installation. Please see the attached pictures for a visual reference of the current gate system and condition. This work will be at North Waste Water Plant,800 Mirror Lake Parkway, Villa Rica, GA 30180.
