Renovation of a mixed-use development in Chester, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The project includes renovations to the main office at Chester Academy. Work includes demoli-tion of existing gypsum walls, flooring, ceilings, and casework, and the construction of new steel stud walls with gypsum board. Finishes include LVT flooring, new metal frames and wood doors, a new security window with a solid surface counter, new suspended ceilings, and grid. The project includes all associated mechanical and electrical work, including fire alarm, data wir-ing, and sprinkler system. Mechanical & Electrical work will be design/build to code. Work to be completed between June 26th and August 11th of 2023. Contract Documents, including drawings and specifications for the use of bidders, will be on file for examination after Monday, February 1st, 2023 at the following locations: Office of Frank P. The Chester School District reserves the right to reject any or all of the bids received and to waive any formalities in the bidding.
