Site work for a water / sewer project in Colfax, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials (unless otherwise noted) necessary for the construction of the following, as shown on the drawings. Primary power utility trench, from the existing transformer to new Inland Power transformers. Inland Power will install primary power conduit, conductors, transformers bases, and transformers. Includes underground utility location, protection of existing utilities and park components to remain, saw cutting and removal of pavement, excavating, and other necessary work to prepare the trench for conduit installation. Installation of block retaining walls at each power pad. This includes modification of existing guardrail, excavation, protection of existing utilities, install of geotextile, procuring and installing the block wall, backfill to existing grade, and quarry spall slope protection. Backfill of trenches, after conduit installation, with specified backfill material. Paving and restoring the ground surface at the trench and adjacent surfaces.
