The Housing Authority of the City of Morrilton, Arkansas invites you to submit a bid for Fire Loss Rebuild Efficiency Duplex at 221 and 223 North Circle Drive, Morrilton, AR in accordance with the contract documents and project manual. The Owner intends to contract for the construction of the efficiency duplex, located at 221 and 223 North Circle Drive, Morrilton, Arkansas, which was destroyed by fire. All bidders are required to have an Arkansas Contractor's License at the time of bid. The bid must contain the following items: 1. Bid form, signed by bidder; 2. A bid guarantee in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the base bid. The bid guarantee can be in the form of a certified check or cashier's check made payable to the PHA; a U.S. Government bond endorsed to the PHA; or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder; 3. A Non-Collusive Affidavit; 4. Instructions to Bidders for Contracts Public and Indian Housing Programs (HUD-5369); 5. Representations, Certifications and Other Statements of Bidders (HUD-5369A). The successful bidder shall be required to furnish an Arkansas Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract bid for any contract that exceeds $25,000.00 within ten (10) days of the Notice of Acceptance of Bid. The PHA reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in the bidding. No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of bids without consent of the PHA. Bid guarantees will be returned upon the sixtieth (60th) day. All bidders must comply with the requirements of the Contractor's Licensing Law of the State of Arkansas. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
