All wages to be paid at current St. Lawrence County Prevailing Wages. Scope: --Evacuate and recover refrigerant from existing systems --Disconnect electrical, controls, piping and refrigeration equipment as necessary to facilitate replacement; dispose of equipment off-site --Furnish & install new walk-in cooler condenser & evaporator; includes all necessary stand-alone contracts at condenser & evaporator --Furnish & install new freezer cooler condenser & evaporator; includes all necessary stand-alone contracts at condenser & evaporator --Provide & install new piping serving each condenser & evaporator --Reconnect condensate drain piping --Provide & install new heat trace on freezer condensate piping --Reconnect electrical connections --Provide & install closed cell rubber insulation on refrigeration piping as necessary --Seal & waterproof penetrations to mitigate condensation --Charge, test & start systems; verify operation For additional information contact: Harold Simmons 315- 771-1107.
