Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Frisco, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This project consists of Neighborhood Park Re-Investment. New elements of the park include different types of play areas for multiple age groups of kids, various sitting areas, picnic space with tables, new drinking fountain, bike racks, and updated lighting and paving types. Reconstructed elements include re-roofing and re-painting of the existing shade structure, resurfacing of the existing concrete court to create a multi-sport striped surface with the addition of a multi-sport practice wall for rebounding balls, new basketball goals, a new park identification sign and renewed landscaping.
