The work of this single bid project includes abatement and demolition of the spaces within the C-Wing of the building. Construction of new spaces, including new HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection & alarm, new windows and veneer on the exterior, roofing and the construction of a new stair and elevator addition. All bidders must present evidence of skill, experience and financial qualifications per Information to Bidders, Section 7 of the project specs. Subcontracting is permitted (Section 2.18 of SUCF Agreement). Principal subcontractors must be named within 48 hrs after bid opening per Information for Bidders Section 8. Bidders must submit within 48 hrs either certification of its NYS VendRep questionnaire (preferred) or a signed and notarized paper CCA2 form (Version 9/13 only), Attachments A, B, and C, Appendix A form, work descriptions, and preliminary project schedule.
