Description

New construction of a municipal facility in North Plains, Oregon. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility.

General scope for the selected CM/GC includes preconstruction and construction services for the City of North Plains' new Public Works Facility and the associated site work. The 12,000 SF facility will consist of a roughly 7,500 SF high-bay shop space and a 4,500 SF two-story office that will house the Public Works offices and other city departments to be identified. The building is proposed utilizing Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) as the primary structural system.
