Posts shall be AWPA/UC4B rated Roof system to be 6/12 pitched scissor trussed "hip roof" design with 12" overhang. Roof covering to be standing seam metal {color TBD) with aluminum gutters Floor to be concrete finished slab All interior and exterior wood surfaces will be stained {color TBD) Contractor responsible for portable toilet, onsite dumpster, and landfill costs All OSHA safety guidelines must be adhered to during construction No pre-quote conference is scheduled for this solicitation.
