SCOPE: The San Antonio Water System is soliciting bids for the services of a landscaping and lawn maintenance Contractor to perform routine and non-routine services at 116 SAWS escort properties, which includes approximately 225.73 acres in San Antonio and surrounding areas. The awarded Contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, and transportation necessary to perform landscape maintenance services on the awarded SAWS properties.
