Renovation of a water / sewer project in San Antonio, Texas. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is pursuing Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) for professional engineering services for the Leon Creek WRC Hydraulic and Solids Improvements Project ("Project"). Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from interested firms (Respondents) are being accepted in connection with this Project, which will require the scope of services to be performed by a qualified professional engineering firm. The selected firm shall provide engineering services entailing planning, engineering evaluations, studies, reports, preliminary engineering, design, bid, construction, start-up/commissioning, and overall project management and coordination services for the design and construction of the Project. The anticipated services will include project management and coordination, civil, mechanical, structural, architectural and electrical engineering services, instrumentation and controls, surveying, permitting, geotechnical engineering, subsurface utility engineering, preliminary engineering, design, scheduling, cost estimating, construction management and other services The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
