Reference number : 1685392 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-02-09 Submission sent electronically accepted: Yes, in a single submission document The MUNICIPALITY OF SAN SEBASTIEN requires tenders for the emptying of sludge from ponds #1 and #2 of its wastewater treatment plant, including the racking and dewatering of sludge. The tender forms and the documents setting out the conditions to be respected or known are contained in the document which is available by contacting the Electronic Tendering Service by communicating with one of the representatives by telephone at 1 866 669-7326 or 514 856-6600 or by consulting the website . The documents can be obtained at the cost established by them. A bid deposit in the minimum amount of 10% of the total value of the bid in the form of either a certified check drawn on a Chartered Bank of Canada or on a Caisse Populaire, or a bid bond and an agreement relating to the issuance of sureties, in accordance with the examples attached to the invitation to tender document, all payable to the "Municipality of Saint-Sébastien" and reimbursable under conditions, must accompany the tender. Only bids from contractors having an establishment in Canada will be considered, for the purposes of awarding the contract, with the exception of contractors from Nunavut and the Yukon, given that this contract is subject to the ACCQO (Trade and of cooperation between Quebec and Ontario, to the AQNB (Agreement on the liberalization of public procurement in Quebec and New Brunswick (2008) and to the AIT/ALEC (Agreement on internal trade / Free trade agreement Canadian) and holding, where applicable, the license required under the Building Act (RSQ, cB-1.1). When an interested person or company is of the opinion that the tender documents or the process for awarding a contract do not comply with the contractual rules in force, they may complain to the public body concerned. or the Public Procurement Authority (AMP). The deadline for this RFP to submit a complaint is February 9, 2023. The deadline for responding to complaints submitted for this RFP is February 16, 2023. The MUNICIPALITY OF SAN SEBASTIEN does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received. The Owner reserves the right to remove certain parts of the Contract and furthermore shall not be liable for any action or claim for costs or losses incurred as a result of such decision.
