The purpose of this NASPO ValuePoint RFP is to establish one or more Master Agreements with contractors offering Security & Fire Protection Services. Approved bidders on the North Dakota State Bidders List are hereby given notice that the State of North Dakota intends to enter into a cooperative purchasing agreement, pursuant to North Dakota Century Code (N.D.C.C.) 54-44.4-13. The purpose of this notice is to notify all registered bidders.
