The purpose of this Request for Proposal ("RFP") is to solicit pricing and proposals for City of Nicholasville, Code Enforcement, located at 517 North Main Street, Nicholasville, Kentucky 40356. 615 North Main Street Demolition of Structure(s) to include all materials, foundation and footers. Final work to produce a Clean Lot to include graded, seed and straw. No onsite materials allowed to be used as fill. Only clean fill shall be used. 707 East Chestnut Demolition of Structure(s) to include all materials, foundation and footers. Final work to produce a Clean Field to include graded, seed and straw. No onsite materials allowed to be used as fill. Only clean fill shall be used. 709 East Chestnut Demolition of Structure(s) to include all materials, foundation and footers. Final work to produce a Clean Lot to include graded, seed and straw. No onsite materials allowed to be used as fill. Only clean fill shall be used. The City of Nicholasville reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any minor informality in proposals received.
