Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Paoli, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The project includes pavement rehabilitation, new curb and gutter, ADA compliant sidewalks & curb ramps, driveway approaches, and drainage improvements along South Elm Street from Cherry St to US 150 (West Main Street), and South Gospel Street from State Road 37 to South Oak Street, in the Town of Paoli. Bids received after will be returned unopened. All questions shall be submitted prior to noon on Thursday, February 16, 2023. The final addendum addressing all questions received will be issued no later than end of business on Friday, February 17, 2023. Bids are to be submitted on the forms furnished within the contract document project manual with the required bond and/or check, properly executed in accordance with the directions contained in the Instructions to Bidders. The Contract will be awarded on the basis of the lowest responsive, responsible bid and the criteria defined in the Bid Form and Instructions to Bidders. The Town desires to promptly award this contract to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder in order to have an executed agreement on or before March 21, 2023. The Town of Paoli reserves the right to reject any and all bids or waive any informality or technicality in any bid.
