Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Leetsdale, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This work consists of milling and repaving approximately 5,700 square yards at the Borough Building Parking Lot, Henle Park Parking Lot, Henle Park Private Parking Lot, Buncher Avenue A/B, Davis Road and Overpass Ramp Barrier in Leetsdale Borough. A Bid Security comprised of a certified check or bid bond drawn to the order of the Leetsdale Borough executed by the bidder and a surety company satisfactory to the Township, in an amount equal to not less than ten percent of the total amount of the Bid must be submitted with the proposal. All proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS, BID SUBMISSION. Leetsdale Borough hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to reject any or all Bids submitted; and also reserves the right to waive any informality in bids received, but any contract work awarded will be to the lowest, responsive, responsible Bidder for each contract or combination of bids. Except as otherwise provided by law, no Bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the Bid Opening.
