Site work for a water / sewer project in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Contractors should contact Tony Stopper, Public Works Director, at astopper@lockhavenpa.gov. to request a copy of bidding documents to submit a bid. Bids will be publicly opened at that time in Council Chambers, City Hall. The contract will be awarded at the public City Council meeting on March 6, 2023 at 7:00 P.M. in City Council Chambers at City Hall. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the total bid, as a guarantee that the bidder will execute the contract and furnish the necessary bonds if the contract is awarded to him. The City of Lock Haven reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to accept or reject any part of any bid, and to waive any irregularities. The City of Lock Haven is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
