Remodeling of a municipal facility in St George, Utah. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.
The entire renovation and construction will be contingent upon a signed agreement with the General Services Administration and being selected by the Federal Courts for its new Southern Utah location. All proposal offerors acknowledge the right of the Owner to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality or irregularity in any proposal received. The Owner reserves the right to accept the most qualified proposal, as determined by the Owner's RFP evaluation factors.
