Renovation of a mixed-use development in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Pennsylvania College of Technology is seeking bids for: Renovations of Two (2) Existing Instructional Labs in the Larry A. Ward Machining Technologies Center at Penn College to include ceilings, lighting, painting and doors by one General Contractor. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier s check, or bid bond of an approved Surety Company, in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal. Check or bond shall be drawn in favor of Pennsylvania College of Technology. This project is a project constituting public works and is subject to applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, Act of August 15, 1961, P.L. as amended and supplemented. The College reserves the right to waive any informality in bidding, reject any or all bids, select a single item from any bid, or accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the College.
