This demolition package contains a total of seventeen (17) structures. All seventeen (17) structures in this package contain friable and non-friable asbestos materials and will need to be demolished under the NYS Industrial Code Rule 56 requirements for "Controlled Demolition with Asbestos in Place." NOTICE this contract incorporates new MWBE and Workforce goal requirements, as required by Ordinance No. 2018-54. This contract has a 30% MWBE Goal, consisting of 20% M and 10% W. This contract has workforce goals of 20% M and 6.9% W.
