The scope of work for this project covers the supplying of all labor, tools, materials, equipment, services and appurtenances to accomplish the work specified and indicated on the contract drawing. The work shall be performed to the complete satisfaction of the District in accordance with the current EPA and OSHA regulations, State Labor and Industry and Department of Environment Protection regulations and any other applicable State and Local Government regulations. Contractor shall submit an Action Plan which describes specifically how abatement work is to be completed for each abatement phase. At a minimum the work Plan shall address work area preparation, work practices, decon location, estimated completion dates, respiratory protection, and disposal. Approval of the Action Plan must be obtained through the District prior to the start of work. Procedures outlined in the Action Plan must be followed throughout the abatement phase. Any changes in Action Plan must obtain prior approval from District Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, services and disposal of all hazardous materials from 19 classrooms at the New Oxford High School, located at 130 Berlin Road, New Oxford, PA 17350 facilities as identified in the bid Specifications and Scope of Work. Work under this project includes but is not limited to the following- Approximately 11,304 square feet of floor tile and floor tile mastic and vinyl cove base and adhesive. In some areas that require abatement the floor tile and floor tile mastic are located under carpet. The Contractor will be responsible for the removal and disposal of the carpet that is located on top ofthe floor tile and floor tile mastic that is required to be abated. Refer to the attached drawing and the list below for the locations where abatement is to occur The Contractor is responsible to field verify all quantities prior to submitting a bid. The Building Owner or consultant is not responsible for extra compensation ifthe Contractor does not verify the quantities.
