Work to include the removal of existing mechanical equipment and ductwork, modifications to existing roof mounted exhaust fans, flues, and other related items, partial demolition of existing ACT ceilings, and punching new masonry wall openings. New work to include the installation of new roof curbs, roof top units, exterior ductwork and jacketing, interior ductwork, electrical service extension, chain link fencing, ACT ceiling assemblies, metal stud bulkheads with gypsum wall board and painting, and light fixture re-installation. Corresponding Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Systems will also be included. For Electronic Copies: One deposit for each set of documents shall be made payable to Paducah Blueprints in the amount of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) which is non-refundable. Bid Bond: 5% Performance Bond: 100% Payment Bond: 100% All work contemplated by the Construction Documents shall commence after May 30, 2023 and shall be substantially complete by August 4, 2023.
