Construction of Crawford County Willhite Low Water Stream Crossing Replacement - The proposed work includes: Remove existing structure, a concrete slab approximately 127 feet long, 13 feet wide, and 7 inches thick with grouted riprap, and replace it with a triple-cell concrete box culvert with 12-feet wide by 5-feet high cells. Install riprap rock along streambanks up and down stream of new crossing, and plant riparian vegetation along streambanks. All work is to be in compliance with construction plans and specifications. Remove existing bridge deck and replace with concrete deck. All labor used in the construction of this public improvement shall be paid a wage no less than the prevailing hourly rate of wages of work of a similar character in this locality as established by the United States Department of Labor (Federal Wage Rate), or by the Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations (State Wage Rate), whichever is higher.
