** As of March 20, 2023 , this project has been awarded to Maguire Iron Inc.** For furnishing all equipment, labor, materials and appurtenances required to construct a 75,000-gallon single pedestal elevated water storage facility, water main, and other such work as may be incidental to ELEVATED WATER STORAGE FACILITY. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids: and to waive irregularities or informalities to accept the BID it deems most beneficial. Bids receives received after the specified time of closing will be returned unopened. On November 15, 2021, the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) (also know as the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA)) was passed. Section 70901 of Public LAw 117-58, et seq., as amended, and Section 70914 (a) of the IIJA require that Federal funding for infrastructure, including Wastewater Treatment and Public Water System projects, complies with the Build America Buy America (BABA) Act. Absent a waiver, all iron, steel manufactured products, and construction materials permanently incorporated into an infrastructure project receiving BIL funding, or are a SRF Equivalency project as match for Federal funding, are subject to BABA requirements and must be produced in the United States.
