For the following: Evening and Summer Custodial Cleaning Services For The Netcong Elementary School And Annex Building Sealed bid proposals may also be hand-delivered. All bids are to be submitted on the bid forms in the manner designated, enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and title of the Bid on the outside, and must be duly time stamped in the Business Office not later than the "Bid Opening Date and Time" as stated in this Advertisement. Bids shall bear the name and address of the Bidder and shall be endorsed with the Bid Title. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or a bid bond in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the proposal total or $20,000.00, whichever is greater. Each bid shall be accompanied by a statement setting forth the names and addresses of all stockholders owning 10% or more of the stock in the case of a corporation, or 10% or greater interest in the case of a partnership. Bidders' attention is directed to the fact that all applicable federal, state and local laws, ordinances, rules and regulations shall apply to the contract including the Public School Contracts Law N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-1 et seq. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., the Law Against Discrimination, N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq. (P.L. 1975, c. 127). The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to make awards in whole or in part, in accordance with N.J.S.A. 18A:18A or for any other reason established by law.
