The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the work as shown on the Drawings and as described in the Specifications. In general, the work shall consist of milling, paving, and general road maintenance work, including sidewalk, curb and storm basin repairs as well as ADA ramp construction. No interpretations of the meaning of the Contract Drawings, Specifications or other Contract Documents will be made to any bidder orally. Any request for interpretations shall be made in writing, addressed to Mott MacDonald, 412 Mt. Kemble Avenue, Suite G22, Morristown, New Jersey 07960, and, to be given consideration, must be received at least twelve (12) days - Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excepted - prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids. Any and all revisions, interpretations, or supplemental instructions will be in the form of written addenda to the Contract Documents which, if issued, will be distributed by Bidset who will coordinate a certificate of delivery to each entity that has received a bid package at the respective addresses furnished for such purpose, not later than seven (7) days - Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excepted - prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids. The work is located along Hillside Avenue, in the Borough of Netcong, Morris County, New Jersey. The work shall be completed within 180 calendar days of the Contractor's receipt of written Notice to Proceed.
