**As of January 13, 2025, 2024, Project has been awarded. Award amount is $316,089.50** The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the work as shown on the Drawings and as described in the Specifications. In general, the work shall consist of earthwork, milling, paving, curb and storm drainage work. The work is located at 40 Maple Avenue, Netcong, New Jersey 07857 in the Borough of Netcong, County of Morris. The work shall be completed within 180 calendar days of the Contractor's receipt of written Notice to Proceed. No bid will be received unless in writing on the forms furnished, and unless accompanied by bid security in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or a certified check made payable to the Borough of Netcong in an amount equal to 10% of the amount of the total bid, but not exceeding $20,000. . The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor informalities or irregularities in bids received in accordance with applicable law. If required in the Contract Documents, the terms regarding qualifications of bidders will be as per N.J.S.A. 40A:11-25 through -32. Any request for interpretations shall be made in writing, addressed to Mott MacDonald, 412 Mt. Kemble Avenue, Suite G22, Morristown, New Jersey 07960, and, to be given consideration, must be received at least twelve (12) days - Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excepted - prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids.
