Renovation of a fire / police facility in Netcong, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the work as shown on the Drawings and as described in the Specifications. In general, the work shall consist of improvements to two (2) restrooms at the Borough of Netcong Firehouse located at 40 Maple Avenue in the Borough of Netcong, County of Morris. The work shall be substantially complete within 60 calendar days of the Contractor's receipt of written Notice to Proceed. No bid will be received unless in writing on the forms furnished, and unless accompanied by bid security in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or a certified check made payable to the Borough of Netcong in an amount equal to 10% of the amount of the total bid, but not exceeding $20,000. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor informalities or irregularities in bids received in accordance with public law.
