Per the owner, as of November 21, 2024, a design team has not been selected and a general contractor has not been selected. The owner states that currently VTA is assessing site and operation needs and creating a Phase 1 report on space needs. Master plan will have several report phases. Question Submission Deadline:February 15, 2023, 4:00pm Planning, project management, and related engineering services to develop a facility Master Plan ("Master Plan") in support of improvements to the VTA Guadalupe Light Rail Facility ("Guadalupe") located at 101 W. Younger Avenue in San Jose, CA. VTA intends to re-design Guadalupe to transform the site from its current condition to a modernized facility consistent with current industry standards for light rail operations and maintenance (the "Project"). The first phase of the Project involves assessment of Guadalupe in its current state, evaluation of capabilities at similar facilities, and identification of and development of design concepts including modifications and upgrades needed. The first phase of the Project will result in three (3) conceptual designs for evaluation by VTA. This Request for Proposals ("RFP") is for the first phase of the Project. The method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
