The City of Manteca (City) is publishing a Request for Proposals (RFP) from consultants to provide On Call Materials Testing Services (primarily compaction testing of subgrade and aggregate base) for various development projects. The firms must include adequate information showing qualifications and resources to provide the requested services for the type of work. Through this solicitation, the top two most qualified firms will each enter into a time & materials + laboratory testing costs on-call agreement not to exceed $75,000 per year, total agreement amount not-to-exceed $225,000. The agreements will terminate three years from effective date of the agreement. Deadline to receive questions regarding the RFP February 20, 2023 (4:30 p.m.) Selection & Negotiation of final Scope of Work Week of March 6, 2023 (approx.)
