The Scope of Work will include: Concrete, Masonry, Metals, Rough Carpentry, Casework, FRP, Thermal & Moisture Protection, Insulation, Metal Roof Panels, Siding, Sheet Metal, Joint, Sealants, Steel Doors and Frames, Wood Doors, Access Doors, Aluminum Storefronts, Door Hardware, Glazing, Steel Framing, Gypsum Board, Tiling, Acoustical Wall Panels, Acoustical Panel Ceilings, Resilient Tile Flooring, Resinous Flooring, Tile Carpeting, Painting, GraffitiResistant Coatings, Visual Display Surfaces, Signage, Toilet and Bath Accessories, Fire Protection Specialties, Roller Window Shades, Fire Suppression, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Communications, Fire Alarm System, Earthwork, Landscaping, Paving, Striping, Chain-Link Fences & Gates, Metal Fences & Gates, Site Utilities *Mandatory Skilled & Trained Workforce requirements must be met. This is a Lease-Leaseback project. THE PROJECT INCLUDES THE DEMOLITION OF 9 EXISTING PORTABLE CLASSROOMS AND THE CONSTRUCTION OF ONE BUIILDING WITH 5-CLASSROOMS AND ADMINISTRATION SPACES, ONE 6-CLASSROOM BUILDING, AND ONE 5-CLASSROOM BUILDING. FIRE ALARM UPGRADES TO EXISTING BUILDINGS E AND E. ASSOCIATED SITE WORK AND ACCESSIBLE PARKING UPGRADES. The Work includes construction of new Admin. and Classroom Buildings and site work. 2. The intent of these drawings and specifications is that the alteration, rehabilitation or reconstruction is to be in accordance with Title 24, California Code of Regulations. Should any existing conditions such as deterioration or non-complying construction be discovered which is not covered by the contract documents wherein the finished work will not comply with Title 24, California Code of Regulations, a Construction Change Document, or a separate set of plans and specifications, detailing and specifying the required repair work shall be submitted to and approved by Division of the Sate Architect before proceeding with the repair work.
