1. Demolish all structures. 2. Remove all Junk items that are in public view from the parcel. Junk, as defined by Butte County Code, Chapter 24, Section 24-304 - Junk. Any worn-out and discarded material, in general that may be turned to some use including, but not limited to, any old iron, wire, copper, tin, lead, rags, paper, bags, lumber, empty bottles, bones, parts of bicycles, tricycles, baby carriages, automobiles, and other vehicles, dismantled, in whole or in part, kept, stored, located, situated or piled in public view, and all other similar personal property ordinarily defined and classified as "junk" kept, stored, located, situated or piled in public view and not screened from public view by a fence. 3. If necessary, re-position junk vehicles and recreational vehicles located on the parcel to allow Code Enforcement Officers to make necessary towing arrangements. 4. Leave parcel perimeter fencing undisturbed. Remove temporary fencing within property. 5. Remove portable toilet. 6. Remove portable water tank. 7. Firewood and brush piles should be left as is Questions must be submitted no later than Monday, March 27th, 2023 by 1:00pm
