Demolition, site work, paving, outdoor lighting, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Magalia, California. Completed plans call for the demolition of a fire / police facility; for the construction of a fire / police facility; for the renovation of a fire / police facility; for site work for a fire / police facility; for outdoor lighting for a fire / police facility; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; pre-engineered storage facility; pre-engineered storage facility; pre-engineered storage facility; pre-engineered storage facility; and water / sewer project.

The project is expected to be awarded within 8-10 weeks.** Pre Bid Conference(N/A) Provide professional construction management services for the Construction Administration phases of the above project All work shall be performed under and approved by a design professional, or contractor, licensed in the State of California. The estimated cost of construction is approximately $82,000,000.00. The estimated duration of this contract will be 27 months. This project will involve the phased demolition and construction of an existing CALFIRE /CCC Multibuilding complex located on approximately 84 acres. It includes the construction of twenty (20) new buildings including an Administration Building, Captain's Barracks, Laundry, Training Building, Auto Shop/Wash Bay/Small Engine Repair Building, Warehouse/Service Center, Crew Dorms, Apparatus Garages, Generator Building, Fire Pump Building, Fuel Island/Flammable Storage Building, Multipurpose Building, and CCC Covered Parking/PV Structures. Site work includes grading, paving, retaining walls, new domestic use water distribution system to connect to existing public facilities, new fire distribution system (pipes, tanks, pump pressure system), new sewer collection system to connect to existing treatment system, new propane tank and LPG distribution piping, covered parking integrating photo-voltaic panels, employee, visitor & equipment parking, above grade fuel vaults with dispensing system, hose wash rack, site security fencing and gates, site lighting, non-essential communications tower and landscaping. The successful firm shall provide professional construction management (CM) services and additional services as required for the above referenced project. The services may include, but not be limited to, construction project design review and evaluation, construction mobilization and supervision, project scheduling, cost-benefit analysis, claims / change order review and negotiation, and general management and administration of a construction project.
