The University of Oklahoma, hereinafter referred to as Owner and Flintco-Weitz, hereinafter called the Construction Manager, will receive SEALED bids to provide the work included in the OU-First Year Housing Phase 1 Bid Phase 1: Bid Package 01A - Construction Fencing Bid Package 02A - Demolition - Prequalified Contractors ONLY Bid Package 21A - Fire Suppression Make-Safe Bid Package 23A - Plumbing and Mechanical Make-Safe Bid Package 26A - Electrical Make-Safe Bid Package 31A - Temporary Earthwork In-Fill Bid Package 33A - Utility Make-Safe A Bid Security, as stipulated in the bid documents, in the amount of 5% of the bid shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder if the amount of the bid exceeds $50,000.
