Renovation of a medical facility in Chilliwack, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for the following project: The work involves the installation of a new IRMA roof assembly. The existing assembly is to be removed down to the structural concrete deck, and a new two-ply modified bitumen roof membrane installed. The membrane assembly is to be completed with drainage layer, extruded polystyrene, geotextile fabric, sheet metal, and ballast. The successful contractor is to mobilize and commence upon project award. The ready-for-takeover date is September 1, 2023. Documents can be obtained from https://fraserhealth.bidsandtenders.ca/
