Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Carson City, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Carson City is accepting sealed bids for all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the Mountain Street Pavement Preservation Project. The project includes but is not limited to removal and construction of existing storm drain infrastructure, adjustment of sprinkler irrigation, PCC sidewalk and curb ramp replacement, pavement patching, application of Rapid Setting Slurry Seal and striping of Mountain Street between King Street and Winnie Lane. Sealed bids must be submitted in accordance with the bid documents, drawings and plans, specifications and special conditions related hereto. CONTRACTOR'S LICENSE: Carson City has determined that the responsive bidder must possess a minimum of a Class A with appropriate sub-classifications or subcontractors. All Contractor's license shall be in good standing and issued by the Nevada State Contractor's Board at the time of the bid. QUESTIONS regarding this bid must be submitted in writing via email to Carol Akers at CAkers@carson.org and must be received a minimum of four (4) working days prior to bid opening. PRICES must be quoted FOB Carson City, Nevada and are valid for sixty (60) calendar days after the BID OPENING.
