Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 34,008-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Kenosha Unified School District (KUSD) invites qualified general contractors to bid on summer of 2023 work at Bradford High School. Project scope of work includes, but is not limited to, sub-grade drainage system, concrete slab work, synthetic and wood flooring, general carpentry, sealants, and interior finishes. Demolition and disposal of the existing sports flooring and concrete slab will require the services of an abatement contractor. KUSD will contract separately for this scope of work, which includes material testing, abatement, air testing and material disposal related to the demolition / abatement work. Detailed schedule coordination of demolition work and general construction services under these bid packages will be required. This project is considered a "Turn-Key" installation project, which includes all of the necessary permits, fees and approvals included in the general contractor's bid. The Kenosha Unified School District (KUSD) reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals, to waive any informality or technicality in any bid/proposal submitted, and to accept any part of a bid/proposal deemed to be in the best interest of KUSD. KUSD reserves the right to negotiate with any company after the bid opening has occurred.
