Online Bidding: Available Description: The Project includes the following Work: Pulverization and overlay of approximately 2,250 lineal feet of Kossow Road, including in kind driveway apron replacement and pavement markings. Additional work includes replacement of driveway and roadway culverts, ditch grading, and adjustment of sanitary sewer and water utility castings, valve boxes, and fire hydrants. This project is partially funded by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) Town Road Improvement Discretionary Program. The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 10% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. The Town of Brookfield reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 85 days after the time set for receiving Bids. Contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder.
