Site work for a municipal facility in Spallumcheen, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
This RFP is issued to engage a qualified Proponent to supply and install the proposed meters and reading system including supporting the Township with billing system integration and training. The scope of work covered in this RFP generally includes: Supply and installation of approximately one hundred and sixty-five (165) small diameter (19 mm – 25 mm) new exterior meter / pit assemblies; Supply and installation of approximately two hundred and ninety (290) small diameter (19 mm – 38 mm) new meters within existing pits; Supply and installation of approximately forty-five (45) small diameter (19 mm) new interior meter assemblies; Supply and installation of approximately ten (10) medium / large diameter (50 mm – 150 mm) new exterior meter assemblies for institutional / commercial / industrial (ICI) customers; Supply and installation of approximately ninety (90) endpoints on existing meters; Supply only of approximately ten (10) small diameter (19 mm – 25 mm) meters and endpoints for Township inventory; Supply and installation of a complete AMR / AMI reading system including endpoints, data collection / reading equipment, and other hardware required; Provision of meter data management software for the proposed AMR / AMI reading system including integration with the Township’s customer information system; and Training and ongoing technical / customer support for the comprehensive metering / reading solution
