The Township of Spallumcheen (ToS) has formed a partnership with the Regional District of North Okanagan (RDNO) to deliver a regional wastewater recovery project. The Township of Spallumcheen will be the Owner for the purposes of this work. Through this Request for Proposal (RFP), the Township of Spallumcheen, here after referred to as the "Township" or the "Owner", invites Proposals for the construction of the wastewater treatment system for Phase 1 of the North Okanagan Wastewater Recovery Project (NOWRP).
