The Work will consist of, but is not necessarily limited to, providing all labor, materials, earthwork and incidentals necessary to complete the Work as shown on the Drawings and described in the Special Provisions and Technical Specifications. The Work under this Contract consists of constructing approximately 10,656 linear feet of asphalt-paved pedestrian trail; constructing rest stop pull-outs; installing benches; removing approximately 400 linear feet of existing wire fence; installing approximately 4,950 linear feet of barbed wire fence; resetting an existing rail entrance gate, repairing/replacing/patching segments of existing GSD Reach R spur trail, and other work as shown on the Drawings and described in the Special Provisions and Technical Specifications. Construction will be completed in 2023 with no winter shutdown period. The Project includes all incidental work necessary to complete the Work as shown on the Drawings and described in the Special Provisions and Technical Specifications. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be submitted in writing no later than 3:00 P.M. local time on February 15, 2023.
