City-County of Butte-Silver Bow is requesting sealed bids for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment for concrete sidewalk and curb replacement in Butte-Silver Bow. Butte-Silver Bow shall require the successful Contractor to furnish a Labor and Material Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price as security for the payment of all persons performing labor and furnishing materials in connection therewith The successful Bidder shall comply with all applicable Federal Regulations and Requirements which include but are not limited to Section 3 Clause, Equal Opportunity Clause, Executive Order 11246 and 11624, Federal Labor Standards and Civil Rights Act. Accordingly, the City-County of Butte-Silver Bow reserves the right to negotiate an agreement based upon fair and reasonable compensation for the scope of work and services proposed, as well as the right to reject any and all bids and to accept the bid deemed to represent the best interests of the City-County of Butte-Silver Bow.
