Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a transportation facility in Butte, Montana. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; for paving for a transportation facility; and for outdoor lighting for a transportation facility.
As of May 8, 2023, project was awarded to White Resources Group, Inc, awarded amount is $3,506,256.50. Airport Lighting, Pavement - Marking, Aggregate, Paving Asphalt or Concrete Project has Two schedules of work, and generally consists of the following: 5570 SY of 12.5" PCCP, 500 SY of 8" Reinforced PCCP, 3,000 Tons Asphalt Paving, 5,000 CY of aggregate base course, earthwork, pavement marking, and lighting improvements. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities Bid Bond. All bids must be accompanied by lawful monies of the United States or a Cashier's Check, a Certified Check, Bid Bond, Bank Money Order or Bank Draft, drawn and issued by a National Banking Association located in the State of Montana, or by any Banking Corporation incorporated under the Laws of the State of Montana, in an amount equal to not less than ten (10) percent of the total bid, payable to the order of the Bert Mooney Airport Authority as liquidated damages in the event said successful bidder shall fail or refuse to execute the contract in accordance with the terms of his bid. . Performance and Payment Bond. After a contract is awarded, the successful bidder will be required to furnish a separate Performance and Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract.
