Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Eugene, Oregon. Completed plans call for the construction of a 2,100-square-foot playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Lane County Public Works is seeking Quotes from qualified Quoters to purchase a pre-engineered metal building to serve as a maintenance shop at Armitage Park. This request is to provide a quote to manufacturer and deliver a 30'x70'x14' pre-engineered metal building that meets specifications detailed within Attachment B. All ungalvanized steel elements to be primed and finish painted. Provide structural calculations for the building to support the engineering drawings for construction permitting. The selected quote must include the responsibility to provide complete construction drawings for the building, stamped by a registered professional engineer licensed in Oregon. Drawings shall be of sufficient detail to support construction and obtain approval of local permitting authorities.
