This Contract includes roadway improvements to widen State Avenue to a 5-lane cross section with sidewalk between 104th Street NE and 116th Street NE. The major elements of work include the following: Site Preparation Hot Mix Asphalt Paving Water Main and Service Laterals Sanitary Sewer Main Laterals Storm water Conveyance and Treatment Cement Conc. Sidewalk Landscaping Illumination and ITS HAWK Signal Joint Utility Trench Channelization Striping Private Property Restoration All work must be completed in accordance with the Contract Documents and the Contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond (with an authorized surety company as surety) made payable to the City of Marysville in an amount not less than five percent 5% of the bid amount. The City of Marysville reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any irregularities or informalities in the bid or in the bidding. No bidder may withdraw its bid after the hour set for the opening there on or before award of contract, unless said award is delayed for a period of forty-five (45) days. The City further reserves the right to make the bid award as deemed in the best interest of the City. 1. Deliver your bid to the receptionist at the front counter. 2.
